Accessibility
Last updated October 18, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website and our apps, including people who use assistive technology. Making software that’s easy to use is the whole point of what we do, and accessibility is part of that.
Our standard
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines from the World Wide Web Consortium explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What we’ve done
- Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks and labels, so they make sense to screen readers and other assistive technology.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Pages reflow to a single column down to 320 pixels wide and remain usable at 200% zoom, with no sideways scrolling.
- Animation is kept to a minimum, and it is switched off entirely if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology, and the logo has a text alternative.
How we test
We check every page with automated tools (axe-core and Lighthouse) and test by hand, including keyboard-only navigation, 200% zoom, narrow screens, increased text spacing and reduced-motion settings. We repeat these checks when the site changes. This website was last reviewed on October 18, 2026.
Our apps
We design our apps to work with the accessibility features built into iPhone, such as VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion. If something in one of our apps gets in your way, please tell us.
Known limitations
We’re not aware of any accessibility barriers on this website. If you find one, we want to hear about it.
This statement covers summitandshorelabs.com. Pages we link to on other sites, such as the App Store, are run by others, and their accessibility is outside our control.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of this website or our apps, or need information in a different format, email support@summitandshorelabs.com. Please tell us the page or app, what you were trying to do, and the device and assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to reply within five business days.
